Providing maternity leave cover for the Data & Quality Manager role, you will support the organisation to achieve excellence, ensuring we are informed by evidence – quantitative and qualitative, meet contractual requirements, and analyse data proactively to drive understanding of our organisation and its impact on service users.

Hours: 37 hours per week, but willing to consider part-time (min. 22.5 hours per week) or job-share

Salary: £33,486 – £37,568 (SCP 29-33) per annum (depending on experience), pro rata if applicable

Contract: fixed-term 12 month maternity cover
Holidays: 28 days plus bank holidays (per annum)
Accountable to: project manager
Direct reports: 1 (data and impact officer)
Probationary period: 6 months
Pension: auto enrolment scheme in place
Base: Osney Mead, Oxford.
