This role is key to improving the lives of people with dementia and their carers in the Wokingham Borough area. The individual will lead Wokingham’s dementia alliance and dementia friendly work. You will need to have a good understanding and knowledge of dementia and understand the help and support available in the local area.

You must be a great multitasker and have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a large variety of stakeholders keen to ensure that people with dementia and their carers get the help and support they need.
