I’m sure many of you will recall that in November 2020, the One Reading Children and Young People’s Partnership hosted a trauma informed conference. The virtual conference was launched with a morning of key note speakers and the sharing of a short video on Reading’s trauma-informed journey. We wanted to share the link to the video again as a reminder of what we want to achieve and also how far we have come.

Reading – a trauma-informed community: vision statement

The board of the One Reading Children and Young People’s Partnership wanted to formalise their commitment to enabling Reading to become a trauma-informed community. They have established a vision statement which all partners have formally signed up to. Download and read the vision statement.
