Covid-19 Vaccination Programme – Data entry support needed

The team at the NHS Reading Central and Whitley vaccination hub are seeking data entry volunteers to support the Covid-19 vaccination programme.
Volunteers will be updating patient records with consent and vaccination details using the Pinnacle system. This is a vital role in helping to track the progress being made in the vaccine rollout.
Volunteers for this role will need to have strong IT skills and preferable experience working or volunteering in a data entry role, although training on the specific system will be provided. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection is essential.
Volunteers for this role will be required to undertake a DBS check or be able to provide details of a current transferable check.

Shifts will depend on the operating times of the hub. we are looking for people who are able to cover approximately two shifts a week, either AM 9:30am-1:30pm or PM 2-6pm
