Bromford is a housing association which provides homes and support services throughout England. Fountain Gardens in Newbury is one of Bromford’s support services. We provide accommodation and support for homeless adults with mental health needs. We work with customers and their personal and professional support networks to help them move towards independent living and their own goals and dreams. We provide information, advice and guidance to help identify customer needs, work on support plans, solve problems and access opportunities for customers. We support customers to live alongside their diagnosis, to be safe happy and healthy and be all they can be. We work closely with professionals in the NHS and other partner agencies to support customers and assist them to be ready for their next steps.
