Azra has developed an Inclusion Framework for the local voluntary and community sector so that equality, diversity and inclusion are represented in our organisations and in the work that we do. She has been working with community partners so that the voluntary sector is more reflective and representative of our thriving, diverse community in Reading. Azra is currently leading RVA’s work on the Community Wellness Outreach (CWO) project. CWO is a partnership funded by the Integrated Care Board to pilot outreach activities which reduce health inequalities for our most vulnerable communities. Azra previously led RVA’s project ‘No one left behind’, which focused on providing accurate information and access to the Covid-19 vaccine for all those who needed support.
