The aims of the organisation are to support younger people with dementia within the Reading, West Berkshire and Wokingham areas.

Our vision is to ensure a seamless service for the treatment, day to day care, respite, education, long term care and end of life care for younger people with dementia in the area.

Many services are in place for those with dementia over the age of 65, but these are much more limited for people below this age. We are looking to fill this gap by working closely with the younger people themselves and their families and also with local NHS, local authority professionals and other voluntary organisations.
