The Challenge is the UK’s leading charity for building a more integrated society. We design and deliver programmes that bring different people together to develop their confidence and skills in understanding and connecting with others.
The Challenge is the largest provider of NCS (National Citizen Service) a government-backed programme that brings together young people from varied backgrounds through four weeks of physical, personal and creative challenges, leading to social action projects in their communities. In 2018 we have reached over 40,000 15-17-year-olds and worked with 4,500 seasonal staff! We operate in London, Surrey, West Midlands, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bradford, Wakefield and North West England.
