My Cancer My Choices is a Berkshire based charity of expert therapists dedicated to the wellbeing of people with cancer. We passionately believe everyone with cancer should have access to complementary therapies from their diagnosis.

Why complementary therapies?
To make the cancer journey easier as evidence shows that they can help reduce the side effects of cancer and its treatment. Complementary therapy aims to reduce stress, alleviate pain, encourage relaxation and improve sleep and general wellbeing.

What we do
My Cancer My Choices offer two free 1-hour complementary therapy sessions to anyone in Berkshire and surrounds, just diagnosed with cancer, undergoing active treatment or within 6 months of finishing treatment. People can then have a further four therapy sessions with us and we also offer group-based courses of Yoga and Mindfulness for which people can donate.
