Health Inequalities is an annual conference that the grassroot communities hold to showcase their input in addressing the widening Health Inequalities Gap. This year’s theme is “Joining The Dots For My Wellbeing: My Voice Counts Too”.

Please join the team of the community champions from the grassroot communities, the health services, the police etc as they dialogue on having meaningful input in joining the dots to help improve the health outcomes and the experience of care of our communities. The event is open for everyone.
