The Reading Internship Scheme supports organisations in connecting up with our undergraduates through 4, 6 and 8 week internships. We provide a 50% grant towards an intern’s salary for profit earning SMEs, and a 100% grant for charities and not for profits.

You can work with a student at part time hours (up to 20 hours per week) during term time, or at full time hours (35 hours per week) during vacation periods. We have been supporting mostly remote internships during the pandemic, but are flexible with working in a work place as long as measures are in place to ensure the work place is Covid secure.
