Inspiring the next generation to take part in the census

The census is unique and only happens once every 10 years. So the Office for National Statistics (ONS) wants to inspire the next generation to take part. To support this important event, they are running free primary and secondary education programmes. These programmes help educate children and young people on the importance of the census and about how the information it collects helps shape the society we live in.
