Principle duties and tasks:

Director;
• Strategic management and oversight of the Credit Union.
• Specific regulatory responsibilities as defined by PRA/FCA and Credit Union rules .
Board Meetings & AGM;
• Chair 6 to 8 early evening Board meetings pa of 2 hour duration.
• Agree and control agenda.
• Chair public AGM.
• Manage proceedings in accordance with the Credit Union rule book.

Executive Committee;
•Sub-committee of the Board with delegated executive Terms of Reference .
• One of three equal members including the Treasurer
• Operational decision making of the Credit Union.

Public Representation ;
• Liaison with MPs, local councils, housing associations and other stakeholders.
. Represent the Credit Union at official events etc.
• Prime contact with the Press.
• Together with Treasurer interface with Bank of England
