Support volunteers needed for Launchpad Reading
Launchpad understands the importance of a home and our pilot Removals Service will help our clients to move between properties and turn their new place into their new home.
We’re looking for Volunteers to join our Removals Team and assist with removing, transporting and loading our Clients’ personal possessions when they move.
We need physically fit, friendly Volunteers, who have good listening skills and are willing to work in any weather across various locations in Reading.
This role is job dependent. Volunteers will choose a set weekday (Mon – Fri) on our weekly rota, and will be called upon when required. When called upon, Volunteers will be needed from 09:30.
Lunch is provided and reasonable travel expenses will be paid. Previous experience with removals is great, but not essential.
