SSAFA exists to help serving and ex-serving personnel and their families in need.
We are looking for an assistant, who will report to the Reading Division Secretary, to record referrals from welfare cases and assist with allocation to caseworkers.
All details are held on a Computer Management System.
The assistant needs to be proficient with Word, Excel and to be trained to use the bespoke system.
