Help provide a warm welcome to people attending the Carers Rights Day 2019.
We will need one person on the front door of the church to welcome visitors and direct them to the reception desk for the event.
We will need a couple of people on the Reception desk to sign in visitors when they arrive and direct them to the correct room if they have booked an appointment.
We will need a couple of people to help with the refreshment table which will be teas and coffee and cakes/biscuits.
Volunteers will be free to swap posts if they would like a change.
Any time you can spend would be very much appreciated, you do not have to stay for the whole time.
