We are seeking a volunteer

• to lead and coordinate the income generating activities of Reading Pride to ensure there is sufficient income to fund ongoing operations
• to maintain relationships with key funding stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee the activities of the Funding Team, holding team meetings as required, providing guidance and support to those within the team and providing regular feedback and reports to the CEO on the team’s activities
• To lead efforts to attract sponsorship and support from all aspects of the business community locally and nationally
• To ensure that all appropriate grants are explored and utilised to maximise income
• In conjunction with the Community team and Marketing & Communications team, work to maintain a strong relationship with the community in order to maximise income from individual and venue donations and community fundraising events
