Our volunteers support and enable people with a physical disability to take up, or return to, a hobby, interest, sporting activity or learning opportunity which they cannot do without some help or support. This support is mainly about giving confidence, understanding and emotional support to bring colour to our members’ lives.
Fancy a night out?
We have a member in his mid 30’s with cerebral palsy who works full time. He would like to go to shows or exhibitions a couple of evenings a month in Reading, Oxford or London. He uses his mobility scooter to get around locally. If he is going further afield he would need help with getting on or off the train with his wheelchair.
