IT / Programming volunteer needed for Lend and Play Toy Library
We urgently need YOU to be our IT systems manager.
The Lend and Play Toy Library is a registered charity offering a low-cost toy hire service to local families. We are looking for an IT systems manager to join our team of volunteer committee members.
Key responsibilities: Updating and optimising our CRM system to enable us to manage our toy and customer database more effectively. Work with the Website designer and content manager to implement changes to our website and CRM system. Review current internet provision for the Toy Library, making recommendations for improvement and lead on agreed changes.
Skills needed: Experience of working with databases and CRM systems; proven analytical and problem-solving skills; organisation and self-motivation; excellent oral and written communication skills.
