With the Nationwide roll out of the Covid 19 vaccination programme, a number of vaccination hubs are being set-up in the town. Patients will be contacted to come into the hubs over the coming months to receive the vaccine on a priority basis according to their clinical vulnerability.
We are seeking volunteers to help with the vaccine rollout over the coming months. Roles are likely to develop as the vaccine programme expands over time but for now we are asking people to sign-up to provide stewarding support to ensure those coming to the hubs can do so in a safe and effective manner.
Initially, volunteers are likely to be called on at short notice so flexibility would be an advantage, as would a current DBS check and/ or the ability to provide a character reference.

Working as part of a team with a coordinator to call on if there are any questions. Volunteers will be provided with PPE appropriate to the role.
