Guide Dogs are looking to find keen drivers who would be able to spare some time to help our amazing social fundraising groups by transporting and helping set up equipment at events.
These are entirely flexible roles which will help us raise the necessary funds to provide our life changing services. Requests for driver services are sent round to our team of excellent volunteers, so you can just accept those that work around your schedule. We have a pool of vehicles but volunteers occasionally use their own.
We would provide full training on
- handling our dogs
- community sighted guiding
- all your driver support
- plus the opportunity to meet new people and learn new skills
