You are invited to join a collaborative Dying Well initiative led by Reading Borough Council and BOB Integrated Care Board. The topic is Support Networks: The Role of Family, Friends and Carers. We have three speakers who will be leading the discussion with a view to creating a resident’s Charter for Dying Well in the future.
This is the second in a series and we encourage anyone to attend, you do not need to have attended the first webinar (however, if you are interested in the previous webinar in the series on the topic of Faith, this is the YouTube link).
We will be discussing the following questions:
- “What does dying well mean to you?”
- “What enables us to give good care?
- “What would be useful to include in an ‘Information Pack for Dying well/ End of Life’?
