We offer:
Supported Employment services, where we help with matching the needs of a business to an individual’s skills and aspirations. We support all parties on an ongoing time unlimited basis.

Our Route 2 Recruit supported internship scheme for young people with an EHCP helps them learn what it is to be employed and how to do job roles in a real-life working environment. The ultimate aim to transition young people from education into employment, ideally enabling them to get a job with the employer they did their placement with or elsewhere.
