Health Inequalities is an annual conference held by grassroots communities to showcase their input in addressing the widening Health Inequalities Gap. This year’s theme is “Enabling Support in Together Filling the Gaps to Foster Health Equalities”. All for my Well-being and knowing “My Voice Counts Too”.

Please join the team of community champions from the grassroots communities, the health services, police among others as they dialogue on having meaningful input in filling the gaps to help improve the health outcomes and the experience of care of our communities. The event is open to everyone.
