Launchpad – Reading’s homelessness prevention charity – is looking for new trustees to join the Board.

No experience is necessary, but we are keen to meet people who have experience of:

• Accounting or finance
• Housing or project development
• Marketing and/or comms sector
• Fundraising from a range of funding streams
• Influencing a local community
• Personal experience of homelessness, mental health or addiction

Who are we?

We are Reading’s leading homelessness charity. We started life as a soup kitchen in 1979. Since then, we’ve grown into a complete homelessness service.

What do we do?

We provide vital information and support for individuals, couples and families who are homeless or at risk of losing their home. Last year we helped over 1,800 people, a rise of 22% on the previous year.
