The Fundraising and Communications Manager is a part time role of 28 hours per week for a 1 year fixed term. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, writing bids, managing donor relationships, and overseeing all communication to promote our charity and its projects.

At The Mustard Tree we are passionate about local people supporting local people. Last year we supported over 400 people with the help of over 270 volunteers. Providing befriending, mentoring, and outreach, creating opportunities, reducing isolation, and supporting people to overcome challenges.

We are looking for an innovative and professional person to support us in delivering high impact projects across our diverse Reading communities. Experience of fundraising and communications is essential as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for our projects.
