We are looking to recruit two Support Workers to join our Support Team.
Working with vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25 years, you will provide
support, ensuring that young people live safely together, maintain
boundaries, organise learning, training, volunteering opportunities, residents’
activities, promoting an environment and a culture of support which
stimulates individual development to more independent living.

Qualifications required:

To be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related field of social care/youth work or similar.

Experience required:

To have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with young people with
moderate to high behaviour / emotional / learning issues within a residential or housing environment.

Any appointment will be subject to suitable references and a DBS check.

Hours: 37.5 per week (shift work – includes evenings and weekends. Included in the on-call rota).
