We are now recruiting for the role of Chair of the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire West Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise (BOB VCSE) Alliance and inviting applications from visionary, strategic leaders with experience and knowledge of the role of the VCSE Sector.

The Chair will:

• provide leadership and direction to the VCSE Alliance and to enable the Alliance to both collaborate and connect effectively with a wide and diverse range of partners and stakeholders, on key issues affecting the VCSE Sector and the wider Integrated Care System (ICS) ambitions.

• actively participate as a member of the ICS Partnership Board to represent the VCSE sector, as well as effectively and inclusively hearing the voice of the sector – from grass roots/mutual aid groups to large national charities from across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West to appropriately reflect these views to the membership of ICS Partnership Board.

• take a leading role in directing engagement and collaboration opportunities to ensure timely and responsive involvement of the VCSE sector in the development of significant health and care proposals and plans across the BOB area.
