Avanti Cycling’s mission is to help more people use bikes and enjoy cycling by providing a range of activities and training at all levels.

Run adult and children’s sessions for all levels from complete beginner to experience road cyclist

We are passionate about sustainability and we aim to facilitate people in making journeys by bikes, we use training to assist in this, but we run a variety of other initiatives to support that: Dr Bike repairs, Adult learn to ride, Rusty Riders, teaching good riding positions and hazard perception, Dr Bike sessions, maintenance courses, we operate a community cycling club, Avanti Freewheelers where young people learn to have fun on their bikes and organise Reading Cycling Festival.
