Older People’s Day 2021 will take place on Friday 1 October and this year, Broad Street Mall will be hosting a ‘market place’ for local service providers and community groups to feature the support they provide to older people in our community.
Reading Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from community groups and voluntary sector partners to identify how many providers would like to have an information stand at the event. There may not be as many tables in the space being allocated as there has been in previous years so places might need to be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
As things might change by October however, any arrangements and adjustments made will be shared with groups in a timely manner.
