Open Hand Open Space (OHOS) are running a series of free Journey Art workshops in May and June, with the aim of bringing together the local community, local artists and Reading Refugee Support Group.

The workshops will be led by OHOS artist Güler Ates, and will be a chance to explore the journey theme through printmaking, painting and patchworks. See the flyer below for further details about each workshop.

The outcome of the workshops will be displayed in an exhibition at the 571 Gallery (the gallery space at the Open Hand Open Space studios on Oxford Road) on Saturday 31 July and Sunday 1 August 2021, 12pm–5pm. There will be an exhibition opening reception on 31 July from 2pm–4pm.
