Louise is part of RVA’s Social Prescribing team focusing on Reading Central Primary Care Network and the Melrose GP Practice. She has an extensive background working in various roles in Health and Adult Social Care in Reading as well as in other areas of Berkshire and Wiltshire. Her most recent role, prior to coming to RVA, was supporting people living with Dementia.
