Administration volunteer needed for Make-A-Wish in RG1
We’re looking for a volunteer who can help us tell more stories by making the assets we have accessible. An ideal opportunity for someone who loves to get stuck in, is organised and likes things to be clean, clear and accessible.
Our Resource Hub is new and built in SharePoint. Its goal is to make our assets searchable for everyone in the organisation, so they can help themselves and confidently use images and stories that they find.
You will work between our old media library and a shared inbox to assess assets (photo, video, posters and other collateral and case studies). You will review this information, and where lots of photos are provided, select a handful of the images we are most likely to find useful.
You’ll then move these to the SharePoint library and ensure all the data fields are populated so we can find the data when searching for it.
It’s worth noting that the work is repetitive, so a high degree of resilience for data inputting etc. is required.
