Assist our Project Manager and Service Co-ordinators (System Administrators) with data entry onto our new IT Client Relationship Management System (CRM) – CharityLog.
This will include:
- Entering data about parent/carers enquiring about Parenting Special Children services.
- Entering data about parent/carers booking onto and attending clinics, courses and workshops onto CharityLog.
- Entering data migrated from EventBrite bookings for attendees of courses, workshops and conferences.
- Phoning parent/carers who require assistance with completing the online registration form for CharityLog. This may involve answering a parent/carers queries about completing the form online or completing the form for the parent, over the phone. A quiet office space can be provided for this.
- Shredding paper documents.
- Filing paper documents
Other relevant tasks as required and after discussion with the Charity Log Project Manager.
