Information / Advice volunteer needed for Launchpad Reading in RG31
Launchpad run a Drop-in service offering advice, guidance and support to any member of the public facing homelessness or housing related issues.

We’re currently looking for a Drop-in Service Volunteer to listen to people’s problems and offer them support and guidance in solving them.
The diverse role can involve offering guidance on homelessness, tenancy sustainment, and benefits; assisting with form filling; crisis intervention with benefits, landlords and homelessness; and providing emergency food and clothing.
We’re looking for a personable, friendly person who is confident offering advice, as well as researching solutions.
Experience of working with the client group would be great, but is not essential.
