Chemogiftbage aims to provide a chemotherapy gift bag for all diagnosed with Breast Cancer & undergoing treatment in the Thames Valley.

Chemogiftbag is about letting people know we care. Many people go through cancer feeling isolated and alone and having no one to care for them in their times of need.

The gift bags, containing items hand packed with thought and care, include:

• Mints, to calm the stomach
• fluffy soft socks, as feet can get very sore and sensitive.
• puzzle book to pass the time away while having chemotherapy
• delicate teas as taste buds change
• hand crafted cards that say “Thinking of You”.

We are seeking volunteers to act as ambassadors for the project across the Thames Valley.

Ambassadors will help spread the word about the scheme in their local area. Liaise with local hospitals to make arrangements to distribute the gift bags. Drop-off gift bags according to arrangements made with the local hospital.

Donations that make up the gift bags will be available, either pre-bagged or to be collected together.
