Depression Xpression

Depression Xpression is a peer support group for people with depression and other mental health issues in the Reading and Wokingham area. We have monthly evening meetings in Reading and Wokingham and a regular drop-in coffee morning every Friday in Reading. We also host regular evening Zoom support groups for those unable to attend our in-person meetings

Our meetings are completely free of charge and everyone is welcome without the need for referral. We aim to provide a safe and confidential environment where everyone is listened to and treated with respect.

Our meetings
Every first Wednesday of the month: 7.00pm at the Salvation Army Hall, Sturges Road, Wokingham, RG40 2HD.
Every second Monday of the month: 7.30pm at RISC, 35-39 London Street, Reading, RG1 4PS.
We also meet informally (no booking needed) every Friday morning for coffee: 11.00am – 12.30pm at The Biscuit Factory, Broad Street Mall, Reading RG1 7QE.
