Leading group activities volunteers needed for Reading Association for the Blind (RAB)
Reading Association for the Blind are looking for volunteers to lead or support an hourly session with our Members, either by telephone or the internet.
These activities are usually discussion based and help our Members who are often house-bound to be less lonely and isolated.
The sessions are at set times each week and each last 1 hour. A
timetable distributed monthly
The current sessions are:
Chat & catch up – Tuesdays 10 – 11am
Quiz, Craft or Storytime – Wednesdays 2 – 3pm
Find Memories – Fridays 2 – 3pm
We’d like to set up more activities if we get interested volunteers
