Help us with support and gardening activities!
Gardening / Outdoor work volunteers needed for Compass Recovery College in RG1
Working alongside the Recovery Worker, you will support a small group of people, living with mental health challenges, to feel comfortable in the environment, socialise with others and join in a range of gardening tasks according to their interests and abilities. Our aim is to provide an opportunity for people to get some fresh air and exercise, learn about and share their knowledge of gardening and to relax in a safe space.
A calm and gentle disposition is important, as is the capacity to attend consistently. Gardening skills are not necessary.
