Financial adviser to our trustees needed
Finance volunteer needed for Whitley Community Development Association in RG2
We are looking for someone with finance skills to work with the trustees either as Treasurer or as an independent advisor to the trustees to support the organisation with financial procedures internal auditing and reporting requirements to funders working alongside the existing staff and trustees.
Trustees meet once a month and we would expect the person in this role to meet with our finance officer in-between these meetings for a couple of hours to put together the finance report for trustees.
- As a charity, we are currently funded through the National Lotteries Big Local funding with Berkshire Community Fund as our Locally Trusted Organisation. We are working towards becoming our own Locally Trusted Organisation.
- Any individual volunteering will e subject to a DBS check.
