Time to Talk West Berkshire is an independent charity originally established in 1986.

Our aim as a charity is to promote the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people aged 11-25 in West Berkshire. We do this primarily through our free, at the point of delivery, counselling services at Broadway House and in local schools and GP surgeries. We also develop and deliver talks, seminars and courses. Last but not least, we work very closely with relevant local organisations and signpost people to other services, information and support where appropriate.

We currently have around 30 voluntary/part-paid trained counsellors and we support over 500 young people each year with more than 5,000 sessions.
