Our aim is to provide homeless people with support to transform their own lives.
The Passage runs London’s largest voluntary sector resource centre for homeless and vulnerable people: each day we help up to 200 men and women. We also have a 40-bed hostel and 16 studio flats for long term rough sleepers plus street outreach and hospital discharge teams. We also work extensively with faith-based groups in London to support their work and help meet the needs of homeless people throughout London. Our Home for Good team runs a befriending service, matching volunteers with formerly homeless people in their local area.
In Berkshire our Community Project Manager works with volunteer, community and faith groups throughout the county to improve coordination between groups providing services for homeless and vulnerable people. The work involves providing support and advice, training and capacity building to ensure that homeless services in Berkshire are able to meet the needs of homeless people.
