Spotlight on Diversity is an innovative Reading-based association, which was founded for the Reading Diversity Conference in 2005. We promote social inclusion and cohesion through theatre, providing innovative training opportunities to explore diversity and promote best practice.

Spotlight on Diversity brings together a group of diverse professionals with a wide array of experience, backgrounds, skills, knowledge and styles. We are forward thinking in our approach, both artistically and operationally, and what unites us is a common passion for celebrating diversity and challenging prejudice.
