We are an independent charity commissioned by the local authorities to provide advocacy support for individuals making a complaint about any aspect of NHS treatment. We are free, confidential and independent.
We aim to ensure that our NHS complaints advocacy service is known locally and that the public are able to access it in a variety of ways including via local drop-ins to talk to our paid staff or information volunteers, and at other events.
We will provide all enquirers with a Self Help Information Pack to help them make a complaint about their care or treatment using the NHS Complaints Procedure. Anyone can choose to make a complaint with, or without, the support of an advocate. We aim to ensure they know that support exists and that we can help.
