Founded in 2003, we are a registered charity run solely by volunteers. Although we are best known for our annual parade and festival, a celebration of integration and diversity within the local community, this is only one element of the work we do to support local Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Asexual (LGBTA) communities.
Our aim is to advance education and raise public awareness of issues affecting LGBTA communities and our ultimate goal is to eliminate discrimination of LGBTA people throughout the Thames Valley. We also support, and work closely with, other local charitable and voluntary organisations providing information, advice and support on a breadth of LGBTA issues.
In addition to providing support to LGBTA individuals, communities and organisations, our dedicated team of volunteers also work hard throughout the year to raise funds both for the community, and to ensure that our annual festival remains a free event.
