This is a lunch club for the over 50’s in the East Reading area who can come together every week of the year and have a healthy meal at a low price followed by a fun exercise activity, such as line dancing, followed by bingo. This is a nice place to meet and build up friendships and support each other. People who attend are also kept up to date with other activities running in the local area, also any concerns are shared and support offered if possible.
