NAVCA exists to establish and support CVS and local voluntary action by providing advice, information and training, consultancy and promoting local voluntary action at a national level.

Information, publications, advice, training, consultancy, issue work, promotion, membership work, co-ordination with other organisations and networks. Bringing together over 250 CVS, each in turn representing on average 500 local groups, NAVCA is a powerful voice for the voluntary sector.
