Mary Seacole Day Nursery was set up 18 years ago, initially to meet the needs of black parents on low income and has in 2006 expanded the service from 20 to 51 children aged 3 months to five years. It gives priority to working parents, children of parents referred by the Probation service and/or Social Services, and has plans to further develop its service e.g. setting up a support group for teenage parents and promoting positive role models for young black fathers who use the service.

Our opening hours are: Mon-Fri , 51 weeks a year,  opening hours 8am -5:45pm
