Marie Curie offers care and support to patients suffering from a terminal illness. This can be in one of nine UK-based Hospices or through our nursing service which offers care and support for patients and their families in their own homes (and which operates in Berkshire). Marie Curie also offers an Information and Support line for anyone who has questions about any terminal illness. In Berkshire we have active fundraising groups who raise awareness and income to support the nursing service in this area, this is where the majority of our volunteer help is needed.
