Let’s Get Going (LGG) is a 10-week healthy lifestyle programme with the aim to engage, inspire and enable children and their families to make healthy lifestyle choices long term.

Delivered within schools and community settings throughout Reading, Wokingham, West Berkshire and Slough, this interactive programme contains fun workshops and games to encourage children and families to achieve a healthy and active lifestyle long term.

Each after-school session is 1.5 hours, with parents and guardians invited to attend the final 20 minutes of each week to transfer what children have learned into the home environment.
